In week 38 of the year 2009 the amount of collected milk in France has decreased by 11% compared to the prior year 2008 (FranceAgriMer)

Le sondage diffusé par FranceAgriMer concernant la collecte laitière française pour la 38e semaine de l'année 2009 – du 14 au 20 septembre – fait état d'une baisse des livraisons de 10,9% par rapport à l'an dernier, à la même période. La baisse est de 5,2% par rapport à la semaine précédente.

C'est lorsqu'on regarde la courbe d'évolution de la collecte française ces trois dernières années que l'impact de la grève du lait est le plus visible. Normalement, à cette période, les livraisons se redressent après avoir atteint leur plus bas niveau de l'année.

Le recul de la collecte hebdomadaire par rapport à l'an dernier varie beaucoup d'une région à l'autre. C'est en Bretagne (-18,1%) et en Basse-Normandie (-17,3%) qu'il est le plus marqué. Suivent les régions Midi-Pyrénées, Languedoc-Rousillon et Paca à -14%, le Poitou-Charentes à -13,2%, la Champagne-Ardennes à -12,2%, les Pays de la Loire à -10,9% et le Rhône-Alpes à -9,9%. Arrivent ensuite l'Aquitaine à -7,1% et le Nord-Pas-de-Calais à -5,9%.

Comparée à la semaine précédente, c'est en Basse-Normandie que la collecte a le plus reculé, de 13,3%, suivie par la Bretagne (-11,3%), le Poitou-Charentes (-7,9%), les trois régions Midi-Pyrénées, Languedoc-Rousillon et Paca (-7,7%), Rhône-Alpes (-5,0%), les Pays de la Loire (-2,3%) et le Nord-Pas-de-Calais (-1,2%).
