Talks with Chancellor Merkel and EMB-President Romuald Schaber with an attending President of the Farmers association DBV Sonnleitner have resulted in an agreement of Merkel to use the national possibilities like freezing the quota incrase, limit the netting and adjust the exchange factor at european level. As expected the farmers association DBV has rejected measurements on national level to outbalance the milk market. Sonnleitner demanded as usual more finacial aid; more tax money to push milk sellings. The BDM has made clear, that spending more tax money will not solve the problem. The solution must be found in a reduction of the produced milk volume.
