Ladies and Gentlemen, 

It is our pleasure to invite you to press meetings with the European Milk Board (EMB), Fair Milk and the German dairy farmer’s association (BDM) on 19/01/2024 from 11:00 - 14:00 at this year’s Green Week in Berlin, Germany.
 
Representing over 20 European member organisations, the EMB, together with their German colleagues, will talk about the key issues and urgently-needed reforms in the dairy sector and will also present the very interesting Fair Milk project. Members of the EMB Executive Committee as well as representatives from Fair Milk and the German dairy farmer’s association BDM are available for press meetings and one-on-one interviews.
 
The following topics will be discussed: 

• Strengthening the resilience of farms and agricultural production through cost-covering prices
• Fair Milk
• Legislative framework for the Green Deal and its impact on farmers
• Crisis prevention and management in the dairy sector
• Political measures to stabilise European agriculture.
