In the case dairy Müller vs. BDM in Brandenburg, the decision was taken on April, 30. It was decided that in the future blockades are prohibited as well as compensation for damages has been supplied.

BDM will appeal in order to keep its right to demonstrate as well as not to pay damage to the firm.

Monday, the 3 May a demonstration took place in the front of the firm in Leppersdorf. Milk producers wanted to send a signal proving that they will resist this decision. The president of BDM Romuald Schaber made a speech and denounced this abuse of process. They claim for keeping their right to demonstrate.
