This „Office du lait“ is composed of 5  colleges: one college for milk producers, one for consumers, one for milk industries,  one for retailing groups and one for politicians.
This Office is a plural organisation of negotiation, of debate and exchanges where every actor can participate.

It is the first time in France that such an democratic, transparent and modern organisation is created, organisation which represents more than 12,000 milk producers.
