Milk producers from all over Europe prepare for a big demonstration on 26th and 27th November 2012 in front of the European Parliament in Brussels. The aim of the demonstration is to call for effective regulations for the milk market to be taken in the framework of the CAP-reform, in order for milk producers to receive cost-covering prices in the future.

Context: since 2009 the costs of milk production in Europe are not covered anymore. Thousands of dairy farms already gave up or their existence is under threat. In the face of the ongoing crisis milk producers are fighting for their very existence! Their anger towards the destructive agricultural policy pushes thousands of dairy farmers to go and protest in Brussels.
