Major demonstration of European dairy farmers on 3rd and 4th June 2013 in Berlin

We cannot accept that the German government is blocking every reasonable proposal in Brussels for a functioning milk market. In the context of the current negotiations on the common organisation of agricultural markets between the European Parliament, the Member States and the Commission we have to put pressure on the German government to make sure that the crisis instrument of voluntary production cuts is not abandoned.

For this reason, we, dairy farmers of the European Milk Board (EMB), will go to Berlin on our tractors and demonstrate on 3rd and 4th June 2013 in front of the Federal Chancellery.

Let's show the German Chancellor Angela Merkel that our concerns are serious

It is of great importance that we, European dairy farmers, go to Berlin in large numbers and show the German government that it cannot continue on this path. In order to do so, we will set up an impressive symbolic action. Please mobilise your colleagues for it to be a true success!
