In the run-up to the dairy farmers’ big protest outside the Council building in Brussels on 7 September, we are holding an informative press conference on 2 September. 
 
In doing so, we wish to give you the opportunity to discuss the background to the big demonstration with members of the EMB Executive Committee. You will be given details of the demonstration and information on what is going wrong with the current milk policy.
 
For the dairy farmers it is question of their very survival, numerous livelihoods are under imminent threat. Spectacular actions by the European milk producers are therefore to be expected.
