The European Commission's latest recommendations on the future development of the CAP post 2020 have been available for a few weeks now. The recommendations come under the beautiful title "The Future of Food and Farming" and introduce objectively positive ideas like: "supporting active farmers" and "reducing the differences in direct payments".
